Nice experience there. Brilliant and fairly clean accommodation with magnificent location right by Blackpool, the front promenade, and South and Central pier. Marvellous breakfast and on time. Exceptionally comfortable beds and fashionable room.

The complimentary snacks and beautiful penthouse room blew us away! The spa center with its relaxing sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after our day. Just a heads up, the breakfast could've had more variety, but it didn't take away from our fantastic stay! 😊

Groups seeking an really good stay
Honestly the breakfast was magnificent, the best I've had in quite some time, all freshly cooked. The owners were hospitable, greeting us as if we were family and ensuring we had everything we needed.
It was a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

Absolutely loved the breakfast options, especially the Caribbean dishes. Limited evening menu choices were a downside. Enjoyed movie nights by the beach area with the kids.

A Mixed Bag Stay with Potential
While the concierge exuded warmth, the breakfast left much to be desired. A decent location, but rely on nearby cafes for meals. A stay might be worthwhile if you're seeking budget options, though adjusting expectations is essential.

I stayed in the Standard Twin Room at The Chatwal for two nights. The room was clean, bedding fresh, and the beds comfortable with plenty of pillows. The hosts offered fantastic service, attending to my friend's dietary requirements with ease. We had an excellent burger for our evening meal. One of the windows in the room was quite draughty, noisy at times. The shower arrangement in the bedroom felt unusual. It would have been better to know that in advance. Otherwise, the experience was enjoyable overall.

Really good Stay with Beautiful Views
The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home. Breakfast featured delicious and unique Caribbean options that were a good surprise. One area for improvement would be the need for additional power outlets near the kettle for convenience.
